اكتملت ورشة مهارات التفاوض وادارة النزاع المنعقدة في مراكش
على مدى الايام الماضية قدم المركز العراقي لمهارات التفاوض وادارة النزاع الورشة التدريبية التفاوضية بالشراكة مع اتفاقية الامم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر والتغيير المناخي ومع منظمة الزراعة العربية بضيافة المملكة المغربية وبحضور وفود الدول العربية اليمن – فلسطين – موريتنانيا – السعودية – تونس – ليبيا – الكويت – عُمان – الاردن – العراق -المغرب – الجزائر – السودان – جُزُرُ القمر- مصر – والجامعة العربية .. تناولت الورشة مهارات التفاوض المرتبطة بالتصحر والتغيير المناخي وبدور الوفود داخليا في بلدانهم وخارجياً مع المجتمع الدولي .. اضافة الى دورهم في مؤتمر المناخ القادم في المملكة العربية السعودية .. وتناول التدريب حزمة من مهارات التفاوض وتقنيات الاقناع والطرح والتحليل
IQCM has completed the workshop in Marrakesh for the previous days..The workshop was in partnership with the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification and the @Arab agricultural Organization with the participation of delegation from many Arab countries such as : Yemen, Oman, Tunisia, Algeria, , Libya, Morocco,Jordan, Palestine, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Sudan, Muritania, Comor Islands, and the Arab league representative
The training included the negotiation skills that are needed for dealing with the Desertification and Climate change issue, in addition to the role of these delegations inside their countries nationally with their governments decision makers, in addition to their international role with the international community in addition to their role in the next climate change conference in KSA. The training included a package of negotiation skills , problem analysis and persuasion techniques.
